Whitchurch based tuition from experienced qualified musician / teacher / tutor. (There is currently a waiting list for new students)

Some of the work specialised in:
*Beginner students and students transferring from school tuition organisations
*Advanced flute students (grade 6+)
*Students with fixed braces (or having had braces removed)

Lessons (beginner to post Grade 8) in the Whitchurch, Shropshire, Wrexham & Cheshire areas

All private lessons are finished for summer break and will start back the week commencing September 6th 2010.

MUSICOLOGY

FEES: £3 per session (payable in termly blocks)
This class is open to any student, but mainly as extra help for upper grades aural work.
I will take you on a musical walk through history, from the motets and madrigals of the Renaissance period, right up to the film music of John Williams! It will be an exciting and enlightening trip! (with some sight singing and other aural test work thrown in for good measure!).
There will be opportunities to attend concerts, play music as a group from the various periods we are looking at, and regular quizzes and prizes to be won!

AWARDS 2009

This year's "MUSIC STUDENT OF THE YEAR 2009" was awarded to Maisie Owen.
The "GOLD STAR" Prize was jointly awarded to Ellie Chapman & Georgia Murphy.
